Apprentice salary

Apprentice pay depends on age and year of training (27% to 100% of the French minimum wage).

Example for ages 18-20, year 1 : ~€461 net/month.

05 For companies

Financial aids

Companies receive a €6,000 aid for hiring a year-1 apprentice (apprenticeship single aid, conditions apply).

Other complementary aids exist depending on company size and sector.

06 CFA indicators

In line with Qualiopi obligations, Enerlab Academy publishes annually its CFA indicators (graduation rate, employment rate, contract breaks, number of apprentices).

Our first apprentice cohort is currently finishing its training cycle — the first official indicators will be published at the end of the 2025-2026 session.
