Most of our programmes are available in work-study€0 out-of-pocket for the learner.

For initial training, three payment plans, savings up to €600 on BTS for early payment.

Work-study = €0 for you

No tuition fees are owed by the learner — funding is covered by the employer's OPCO (according to the NPEC applicable to the certification).

The learner also receives a monthly salary.

Any residual cost for the employer depends on the NPEC set by France Compétences for each certification.

01 Fee architecture

In accordance with our General Terms article 4, fees break down into :

  • Registration fee€400 incl. VAT, covering the 6 post-admission services (file activation, enrolment certificate, international applicant support, administrative transmission, positioning test, study plan).
  • Annual tuition — varies by programme and payment plan chosen (see tables below).

The pre-admission file review (before admission and payment) is entirely free.

02 Fees 2026-2027 — BTS and bridging programmes

The early payment must be made in full before the programme starts to qualify for the discount. The instalment plan includes €350 of monthly management fees.

03 Fees 2026-2027 — Master's (5-year)

RNCP level 7 titles, delivered in partnership with proprietary partner schools.

04 Work-study (apprenticeship / professionalisation)

Two perspectives — learner and employer.

For the learner

€0 in tuition fees. Monthly salary paid by the employer per the legal scale (27% to 100% of the French minimum wage depending on age and year).

For the employer

Full coverage by the OPCO based on the NPEC applicable to the certification.

Any marginal residual cost depends on the agreements.

Partner OPCOs : ATLAS, AKTO, OPCO EP, CONSTRUCTYS, OCAPIAT.

VAT exemption — Enerlab Academy is exempt from VAT on training programmes under article 261-4-4° of the French Tax Code.

Listed prices are net, no VAT to add.

05 Mandatory additional fees

In addition to the registration fee and annual tuition, the student should budget for :

Registration fee (non-refundable after admission)

€400 — covers the 6 post-admission services (file activation, enrolment certificate, international applicant support, administrative transmission, positioning test, study plan).

CVEC — Student Life & Campus Contribution

€103/year (2026 amount) — to be paid online on cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr.

Mandatory for any higher-education enrolment (Law of 8 March 2018).

Student health insurance (recommended)

€20 to €50/month depending on coverage — supplement to the (free) student social security.

Educational material

Included in the tuition fees (digital resources, educational platforms, LMS access).

For the long-stay student visa : the consulate requires proof of at least €7,380 in a blocked account (€615/month × 12).

07 Payment terms

  • Payment at enrolment by credit card, SEPA transfer or international SWIFT transfer.
  • Instalments in 3, 5 or 10 payments (initial training only, subject to file acceptance).
  • International candidates : SWIFT transfer accepted (IBAN provided with the admission certificate).
  • No cash payments are accepted (Qualiopi accounting requirement).

08 Financing schemes

Six schemes that can be combined depending on your situation.

  • CPF (Personal Training Account) — for eligible programmes
  • OPCO — for work-study (apprenticeship, professionalisation)
  • France Travail — Individual Training Aid (AIF)
  • CROUS scholarships — for eligible students (social criteria)
  • Early payment — €600 (BTS) or €500 (Master's) savings
  • Instalment plan — cash-flow easing spread over 12 months

09 Withdrawal and refund

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14 calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date the registration fee is paid, without justification.

In case of withdrawal after payment, the refund is calculated based on the services not yet delivered (see General Terms article 6).

An immutable snapshot is created at the date of the request.
